In his current role, Mr. Tilley has spearheaded critical initiatives, including the successful IHMC Triumph Gulf Coast funding proposal, which secured approximately $20 million in grant funding to support the establishment of a research cluster focused on Healthspan, Resilience, and Performance.

With a robust background in executive management, Ryan has held pivotal roles such as Chief Operating Officer at various startups and high-growth organizations. His expertise extends to government contract consulting, particularly with the VA and large DoD sponsors, successfully navigating complex regulatory environments and driving strategic growth.

Mr. Tilley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Global Economics from the University of West Florida. Additionally, he has earned a Master’s Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the same institution. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), ITILv3, Security+, and Certified Scrum Master.

Residing in Pensacola, Ryan balances his professional endeavors with a fulfilling personal life, enjoying time outdoors with his wife Kelly and their two children.
