Robert Dizor
Robert Dizor is a student in the Intelligent System and Robotics Ph.D. program at the University of West Florida focused on human machine interfacing with robotics and artificial intelligence.
He is studying lower and upper extremity exoskeletons and prosthetics and their associated sensory and motor networks. He is currently assisting and teaching senior mechanical engineering students with their capstone projects, such as understanding tactile fabric piezoelectric sensors for robotic effectors and upper extremity prostheses.
He also is a physician and radiologist with a longstanding interest in musculoskeletal and neurological anatomy and physiology as well as its imaging.
