Research Associate

Josh joined IHMC in August 2023 as a Research Associate, working with Dr. Anil Raj on the PROTEUS project. He is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at the University of West Florida, expected in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Design and Development from May 2023.

Josh started at IHMC as an intern in February 2023, contributing to the development of a data analysis pipeline and automating study procedures.

As a Research Associate, Josh has worked on the ASCEND project, studying the cyberpsychology of hackers through data collection, analysis, and application development. He also works on the A2PEX project, helping to build a data pipeline which will be used for multiple studies.

Josh is passionate about software development and cybersecurity, applying his skills to advance human-computer interaction research.
