Robert Reiter joined IHMC as an unpaid intern in August 2023 working with Dr. Anil Raj and his team. Robert is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in robotics and control engineering. He is pursuing a master’s degree in robotics and mechanical engineering at the University of Maryland. As a research student at the Naval Academy, he designed and built an autonomous marine vessel for deployment for formation control and autonomous drone landings at sea.
